Working with Visual Studio Code CodePilot to upgrade CFLint to latest Gradle, Maven, and added some things.

I forked the CFLint github repo and pointed CoPilot at it and it do a few things such as upgrade Gradle and Maven to the latest version, create a VSCode extension for it, add a PowerShell utility to run CFLint and a function to output the CFLint output into MD format. I also had it update the Change Log with changes that were not captured from previous updates and then had it add the new changes. I've moved my version to 1.6.x I plan on adding some new linting for Lucee as well. It's still a work in Progress and needs some testing.
